If you've forgotten an email password, you can reset it from within your cPanel:
1. Log on to cPanel at yourdomain.co.uk/cPanel
2. Scroll down to the Email section and click on "Email Accounts".
3. Find the email address you've forgotten the password to.
4. Click on "Password".
5. Enter your new password in both boxes, then click "Change Password".
6. If you're using an email client such as Outlookm Apple Mail or Thunderbird, don't forget to change your password before trying to retrieve your emails.
