Support included with our hosting package
Our WordPress hosting package ensures that your therapy website is completely up to date and secure. As standard, our hosting packages include weekly plugin and WordPress updates and a weekly backup.
Our initial WordPress setup includes security plugins to help prevent your site from being hacked and various plugins to optimise your site for speed.
We can also deal with any aspects of WordPress you may be struggling with so that you can get on with running your business. This support is included for free for the first 6 weeks after your site goes live. In addition, we provide you with WordPress training videos and a PDF manual.
Additional support costs
If you get stuck after the first 6 weeks, or if your therapy site is hosted elsewhere, we will be happy to help at a cost of £20 per half hour.
In the event of any database errors, malware attacks and plugin conflicts outside of our control (eg where you have installed plugins yourself and this has caused a problem), we are happy to fix these at a cost of £20 per half hour.
